Burners Briquettes Delivery Information

Thank you for selecting our delivery service. We are delighted to announce that all pallet deliveries will be managed by our partner, Expect Distribution. It is important to note that they may use the Palletline network for certain deliveries, so please be mindful of this at the time of delivery.

We always make it a priority to arrange the delivery of the pallet before dispatch to ensure that there will be someone available at the property to accept the delivery. It is important that you communicate any potential restrictions at the time of placing the order so that we can provide the delivering company with all the necessary information prior to delivery. Additionally, please make sure to provide a valid phone number, whether it is a landline or mobile number, to avoid any issues when our delivering partner attempts the delivery. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and successful delivery process.

The delivery costs are already included in the overall cost of the product. However, we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer deliveries to offshore UK islands.

For briquette pallet deliveries, we only offer a Kerbside delivery. The delivering vehicle will be a 7.5T Tail Lift, and the driver will use a pallet truck to maneuver the pallet onto the kerbside. Please be aware that it is at the discretion of the driver whether further assistance can be provided. The driver will not assist in the unpacking of the pallet or take away any unwanted pallets.

We offer a 2-day delivery service. All orders placed will be dispatched the following working day upon receipt of the order on a 48-hour timescale. The delivery is an all-day delivery, however, we can request the driver to call an hour prior to delivery being attempted. Deliveries will be attempted between 08:00 and 18:00.

If for any reason the delivery is refused or you are not available to accept the agreed delivery, we reserve the right to deduct £100 from any impending refund.
